Job Title: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Work Location: Addison/Richardson, TX

Job Description:

The Senior Ruby on Rails Developer is responsible for building the front-end GUI aspects of software applications. This entails implementing visual designs that have been created by our designers, laying out screens to match visual comps, and wiring up interactions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other disciplines for the production and delivery of project deliverables

Create technical solutions according to interaction/visual specifications and client specific environment

Estimate work and be accountable for delivering on tasks

Raise potential scope issues to the team

Evaluate complex and multi-faceted designs

Strong focus on software quality via developer level testing and automation

Stay abreast of new technical trends in front-end technologies

Learn new tools and technologies quickly

Support clients' development teams by answering questions and implementing feedback

Assist in the technical strategy and approach to implementation through collaboration with client

Understand the overall delivery process including a high level picture of what each practice does and how everything fits together

Write appropriate technical documentation to aid in knowledge transfer

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong knowledge of MVC design pattern

3-5 years experience developing web applications

1-3 years experience working with Ruby on Rails

Experience working with Javascript or Coffeescript

1-3 years experience working with a relational database

Strong knowledge of active record query optimization

Maintenance of stylesheets (CSS, LESS, SASS)

iOS experience is a plus

Education:

Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in a relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, New Media, Engineering, Liberal Arts, etc.)

Title: Workday Analyst 

Location: Multiple locations

Duration: 6 month contract with strong possibility of extension 

Pay Rate: DOE 

Job Description: 

This is an outstanding opportunity for an analytical Workday consultant to join a high performing, fast-paced team.

In this role the successful candidate will:

• Assist with data cleanup, extraction and load and data validations for Workday (as needed)

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on HR Technology, processes, reports and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Workday core compensation set up and configuration

• Liaise with internal departments and Third-Party service providers

• Working closely with implementation partner and functional process lead, support implementation of Workday Core Compensation

• Works under general direction from immediate manager.

Required skills and experience: 

1. Knowledge of workday reporting concepts, including knowing the types of reports that Workday can developer, and WD fundamentals. Recent experience with Workday.

2. Logical reporting skills, especially being able to understand HR trends within the company. Analytical skills. (Less mechanical skills).

3. Experience with BI tools, including strong Microsoft Excel skills

4. Individual who has beginning to mid-level workday skills and is willing to learn more about workday and adjust to the company's practices with Workday

Asunto: [soloJ2ME] Consulta Monitor SQLSERVER

Buenas noches,

Quería consultar si alguien conoce alguna herramienta que me permita monitorear los slqs que ejecuta
una aplicación cliente cuando llama a la base de datos. En Oracle se que existe por que la utilice pero no
encuentro nada parecido en SQLSERVER.

Necesito hacer una migración de datos de una aplicación que guarda los datos en distintas tablas de esta
base de datos y quería inspeccionar cuales son las tablas donde se guardan los datos cuando se realizan
las acciones en el cliente. La base de datos son de un sistema enlatado y no podemos ver el código.
